HAI! So today seems to be a day for group gifts! I logged on to find that :Skin Deep/Little Pricks: had sent a killer new face tatt and promises for new releases, both of which sent me into a flurry of excitement! I'm showing the gift as well as their gift for The Serial Killer Hunt which I haven't taken off since getting. Hucci put one out too though I'm not showing it here so go check it out! Ooooh and the top I'm wearing here? In case 50 linden Fridays aren't enough for you there is also a 50 linden Happy New Year Festival right now! There are a few cute stores and I made a happy discovery or maybe rediscovered Ancayi! They made this top and another for the festival and while not free it's still a great deal. Another sweet surprise I came across are these cute skins from my favorite store to buy skins! [Pink Fuel] is current under construction (as it says) and skins here tend to run 800-900L a pop. This doesn't seem the case this time around because without any announcement or word the store owner has cut her skin prices down drastically. Now every skin in the store is 100L or less!

One of the many great stores I discovered for the first time recently is MeKa. Instantly drawn to the gorgeous sculpted prim wings, I was delighted to find this pretty pink set on their MM Board just outside the front entrance. In addition to their beautiful wings (I bought a set in black and I love love love them!) they have a January Freebie out that is the highly detailed facial piercing pictured below. Called "The Stoned Face" it could easily work for a male or female avatar. I suggest you snatch it up while it's still available! Also, I neglected to mention that MeKa is also one of the shops participating in the Nightscaper Breast Cancer Awareness Event I blogged on Sunday! So in addition to the amazing wings and the piercing, there is a second set of wings for $0L in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness!

The Nightscaper's Fight for Breast Cancer!

So I logged in the other day to find a notecard that had been passed to me titled "Nightscapers Fight 4 Breast Cancer". Of course it immeidately caught my eye. After reading the information I instantly wanted to do my part. Here's some of what the notecard had to say:

" The Nightscaper Family has put out items across their 4 sims to recognize Breast Cancer. They are all $0L and they are NOT hidden. This is just a positive gesture we like to do time to time."

As if the cause wasn't enough, I went and checked out the items and let me tell you they are super cute and good quality, especially if you're really into pink! The event is running until Feb. 1 and includes a list of stores with more to come!

To the left and above there is a completely adorable neko style outfit from Katia Soma that comes with tank top, ears, skirt, tail and legwarmer/paw boots! I love the skirt! To the right and above is a super cute "Save the Ta Tas" jersey from Violation Inc. (also includes a long version)

This "Think Pink" pajama set from Delirium Style is absolutely adorable and is available in a transferrable set as well! The set includes shoes, legwarmers, stockings (not pictured) shorts with panties and 8 different t-shirts! The shirt option I chose to show says "Survivor" on the front and "I feel your boobies" on the back! <3>

Need shoes to go with all your new pink clothes? Latreia has that covered! They are giving out 4 pairs of lovely pink shoes! Pictured to the right are the rainboots and chucks, both with the trademark pink ribbon for breast cancer awareness!

Now this complete avatar pictured to the right is my personal favorite! An adorably devlish demoness avatar from Sil'ly and Rune Magic Store. This incredible freebie includes shape, skin, eyes, hair base, shoes/legwarmers, dress, tentacle tail and horns/hair. (Shape and hair base not worn in picture) I love the tail!

Last but not least, one of the stores is also giving away a super cute Breast Cancer Awareness themed skybox! I used the delicate pink wall paper in the skybox as the background for all the images I used in this post. The skybox is very cute, and includes a touching affirmation on one of the main walls inside. It's also fully modifyable! Enjoy!

Yeah oldschool song lyrics so sue me. I logged on today to a lovely message from (RED) MINT with a giftie! The skin I'm wearing below is the gift version of the new skins just released: War Makeup! There are a whole lot of them and though I usually shy away from the more dramatic skins there's something about these that draw me to them! Plus the name reminds me of an old Betty and Veronica clip where they put on warpaint :) I'm also wearing a couple of things from The Seasons Hunt and from the 10L section at the Glam Affair plus my cute lil pose-y thing is from a LB at Kyoot! *hugs Pru for the tp*

Plastik!

If for some arbitrary reason I was only allowed to have one skin for my entire SL adventure it would hands down be from Plastik. Narrowing it down to which of their skins might be a bit harder though seeing as no matter which skin I try on from there I'm instantly in love. Plastik skins make whatever else I'm wearing suddenly beautiful. I've been doing a lot of shape work lately and whenever I get too discouraged I just put on a Plastik skin and enjoy being pretty again no matter the state of the shape. For today's post I wanted to show a current freebie they have as their gift for The Serial Killer Hunt.
